Now a day, the qualitative and quantitative requirement of customer is frequently change. Maintaining theeconomic production with optimal use of resources is of prime concern for the engineers. In this paper, the effect ofcutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut on tool wear (tool life) tungsten carbide inserts was experimented and analyzedusing analysis of variance (ANOVA) technique, and the cutting conditions for their maximum tool life were evaluated.
