Last updated: March 2026. By submitting a paper or using this website, you agree to these terms.
By submitting a paper, authors warrant that the work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under review at any other journal. Authors affirm that all co-authors have approved the submission. Any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, or duplicate submission is grounds for immediate rejection or retraction.
Authors retain copyright of their published work. By publishing with IJAERD, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, and distribute the work in print and electronic formats. Authors may reuse their work in theses, books, or presentations with proper citation.
The publication fee is due only after acceptance. Non-payment within 7 days of acceptance notice may result in withdrawal of the acceptance offer. Fees are non-refundable once the paper has been published.
The editorial board's decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection is final. IJAERD reserves the right to reject any paper that does not meet quality standards, even after initial acceptance, if new information comes to light.
Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest. Experiments involving human subjects must have appropriate ethical approval. Any misconduct (fabrication, falsification, plagiarism) will result in immediate rejection and may be reported to the author's institution.
Published papers may be retracted if found to contain errors, fabricated data, or plagiarism. Retraction notices will be published in the same issue or the next available issue.
Users agree not to attempt unauthorized access to the admin panel, paper files, or database. Scraping, automated downloads, or bulk access to published papers without permission is prohibited.
IJAERD is not liable for any inaccuracies in published papers — responsibility lies solely with the authors. The journal is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of information published herein.
