Author submits paper online with abstract, keywords, co-author details, paper file (PDF/DOC), and signed copyright form.

Initial Screening
Editor checks formatting and runs plagiarism check. Papers with similarity >15% are returned. Takes 1–2 working days.

Reviewer Assignment
Editor assigns the paper to two independent reviewers with expertise in the paper's domain. No conflict of interest.

Double-Blind Review
Each reviewer evaluates on 9 criteria scored out of 10, and submits written feedback. Authors and reviewers are anonymous.

Editorial Decision
Editor-in-Chief reviews both reports and decides: Accept As-Is, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.

Author Notification
Author receives decision and reviewer comments via email. Revisions must be resubmitted within 7 days.

Final Acceptance
Revised paper is reviewed by the editor. Upon final acceptance, author is notified and asked to pay publication fee.

Publication
After payment verification, paper is published with DOI, assigned to current issue, and e-Certificates are generated.
