Step-by-Step Review Flow

1
Manuscript Submission
Author submits paper via online form with abstract, keywords, co-author details, paper file (PDF/DOC), and signed copyright form.
2
Initial Screening
Editor checks formatting compliance and runs a plagiarism check. Papers with similarity > 15% are returned immediately. This takes 1–2 working days.
3
Reviewer Assignment
Editor assigns the paper to two independent reviewers with expertise in the paper's research area. Reviewers have no conflict of interest with the authors.
4
Double-Blind Review
Each reviewer evaluates the paper on 9 criteria (technical content, originality, relevance, innovation, accuracy, significance, presentation, independence, overall quality), scores it out of 100, and submits written comments.
5
Editorial Decision
Editor-in-Chief reviews both reports and makes one of four decisions: Accept As-Is, Minor Revision Required, Major Revision Required, or Reject.
6
Author Notification
Author receives the decision and reviewer comments via email. Revisions must be resubmitted within 7 days.
7
Final Acceptance
Revised paper (if any) is reviewed by the editor. Upon final acceptance, author is notified and asked to pay the publication fee.
8
Publication
After payment verification, paper is assigned to the current issue, assigned a DOI, and published in the online archive. Authors receive e-Certificates.
