Abstract

The objective of this system is to prove the efficiency of Visible Light Communication (VLC) through Li-Fitechnology and also to perform the fastest data transmission without any network medium requirements. Light WaveCommunications are the most powerful and fastest communication in the realm. Some emergency situations like Tsunamiand other kind of natural disasters can cause a huge destruction to human particularly in seashore surroundings.Inappropriately, we don't have any devices to interact with the person who is present in the boat, once they entered intosea. Only the satellite devices are suitable to communicate, but no fisherman have a right to handle those kind of devices.In such case, a new technology is obligatory to establish a communication between fisherman and control room. Li-Fi isa medium or device which interfaces these two entities and performs successful communication via Light Houses to alertthe fisherman in case of any disaster.
