Item Information using RFID is one of most important web based system for any organization to improvetheir accountability. This system is to be useful for large scale industry. Sensor Based (Radio Frequency IdentificationDevice) is a means of capturing data about an object without using a human to read data, i.e., it is a method of remotelystoring and retrieving data using devices. It is a technology similar in theory to barcode identification. Through thesystem, activities of procurement through management of Item can be administered on system which involves usercategories. The amount of information, the complexity of the different new Items and the necessity to increase the Itemactivity, RFID used to force portfolio managers to use tools that reduce the work on all these topics. Billing informationis the method that a company uses to track sales item tracking using RFID Unique code reading information. RFID tagattached with the sales item and the information of the Item stored in RFID like Warranty, Guarantee etc. RFID Readerread the information of the Item when the Item goes for sale or for billing. It provides more security compare to othermethods
