This paper presents a comparative study ofdifferent existing Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) for Lowfrequency sensor ap-plication. The focus of thispaper is on conditioning low frequency sensor signallike for biomedical signal acquisition, seismic wavealertness system etc, the design is more concentratedon some applications like seismic detection, whereunpredictability and unknown nature of seismicsignal is a concerned factor.Typical single frequency LNA is required tooperate with low noise, high gain and good linearityat 2.4 GHz. The design adopts feedback, andbalanced topology to counter the problem ofconventional LNA design which has difficulty inmeeting the design specificationThe Differential Difference Amplifier(DDA)architecture discussed here may be suitable for micropower sensor interface in scaled CMOS Technology..Index termsβ Analog Front-end (AFE), Sensors,Amplifier Noise, CMOS Amplifier, Noise EfficiencyFactor (NEF).
