Many buildings in the present scenario have irregular configurations both in plan and elevation. This infuture may subject to devastating earthquakes. The present paper made an attempt to study two kinds of irregularities inthe building models namely plan irregularity with geometric and diaphragm discontinuity and vertical irregularity withsloping ground and the parametric study of the structure had been carried out with analysis of different model withdifferent diaphragm discontinuity and comparison of different structural parameters.
