Abstract
In this work, the comments gathered from onlinehealthcare forums regarding the disease Psoriasis areclassified as either giving information about the treatments thathave worked and treatments that have not worked orcomments that pose more questions. To do this NLP andArtificial Neural Network is utilized and the algorithm is foundto be giving better accuracies than SVM and Nave Bayes.
