The use of image enhancement application has increased considerably in recent years due to their greateravailability and ability to increase an image quality. Image enhancement is important and challenging task in many realtime applications like vision impairment in medical area, finding 3D position from an image etc. Image enhancementprovides better result in by transforming representation for future automated image processing. Image enhancement isthe process of increasing the aesthetic appeal of an image, such as changing image aspect ratio and spatialrecomposition. In this paper, aesthetic community detection and image enhancement is proposed. In particular, latentsemantic analysis is used to detect aesthetic community and then probabilistic model is developed to maximally transferthe visual features of images from multiple aesthetic communities into a target photo is performed. Thus, theimplementation of image enhancement using similar topics extracted with the help of tags provides a more efficient wayof enhancing image in image processing. Experiments are conducted on different images and downloaded from theInternet. The promising results indicate the effectiveness of proposed framework.
