Graph theory has had a tremendous development in recent time, mainly because ofits application in diverse fields. One of the most important area of the graph theory is graph labeling. The problems arising from the study of a variety of labeling techniques of a graph, or ofany discrete structure is a potential area of challenge as it cuts across wide range of disciplines.In this paper we try to cover different applications of graph labeling in the heterogeneous fieldusing such labeling techniques like graceful labeling, radio labeling, 2-hop distance labeling,vertex magic total labeling and many more.
