Abstract

Cobalt Oxide (Co3O4) nanoparticles have been synthesized by self-propagating low temperatureCombustion synthesis (SPLTC) method using Cobalt salt with polyethylene glycol as fuel. As synthesized Co3O4nanoparticles was characterized by employing Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning ElectronMicroscopy (FESEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) confirmed particles are in nanosized.
