School is a basic need of education which indeed results in the development of the country, but a huge amountof money has been invested by the government for constructing school buildings. Low-cost school buildings reduce the totalamount of investment for the construction and also facilitate to increase the number of schools in the country. In this, astudy has been conducted by using various methods and materials to achieve low-cost school building in both economyand safety point of view. This report mainly focuses on construction materials and economy. A few low-cost materials areselected and reports are also included in specification chapter for easy understanding. The suggested materials andmethods may be useful for constructing school buildings in economically.
