Abstract
In this paper we bring out an objective method of improving the quality of the image by improving theresolution of the image which helps in overcoming the common problems faced with handling an image like storing,transmission etc without having to compromise on the quality of the image. This method has also been successfullyextended for videos using SIMULINK as the platform.
