Abstract

In the present process manufacturing of Benzylamine through catalytic hydrogenation of aromatic nitriles. In
these reactions Polyamines are formed as by-products. Costing of the final product is severely affected by formations of
polyamines. In present investigation the engineering aspects of manufacturing Benzylamines with minimal formation of
polyamines is studied.
