Abstract

Psychological empowerment is one of the emerging concepts that has been given much prominence in the
recent past. In addition, psychological capital plays dominant role enhancing job satisfaction .This paper aims to
determine the impact of psychological empowerment and psychological capital on job satisfaction among administrative
staff of universities and the study revealed a positive relationship exist between psychological empowerment ,
psychological capital and job satisfaction.
