The mixing tank is used for mixing the two or more chemicals in the chemical industry. It should havesufficient arrangement for better mixing quality in optimum time, better quality of mixing of two chemical in requiredbatch as per the customer requirement. Modification of existing design of the mixing tank by changing the mixing systemlike industrial agitators should be analysis in software base model. Effectiveness of modification will be compared with theexisting design with the help of computational fluid dynamics analysis.
