It is a common practice that incentive schemes are executed in manufacturing firms for the motivation ofemployees, increased the production rate and for attaining financial sustainability. But if the scheme was not developedaccording to the industrial parameters and attributes it won’t be that much of effective as expected to be. This paperdiscusses the systematic method to develop a cash incentive scheme for a rubberized coir mattress industry instead of a pointrate system, in which the target of employees for incentives is not set properly.
