Abstract
The Dynamic Equivalency Factor (DEF) is used in order to make the heterogeneous traffic stream intohomogeneous traffic stream so it becomes very necessary to compute it. The numerous factors influencing the DEF is theTraffic volume, Traffic composition, Speed, Roadway conditions etc are considered in the various papers studied over.
