This paper presents a Virtual-Reality (VR) system that simulates car driving experience that can be used to train, test andevaluate driving license applicants. It's a part of multi-semester college project and is aimed to help in driving license testingand training. We introduce the VR simulator system which is developed open source software and integrated without ourcustom built hardware to provide a 360° immersive environment to the user. We aim to provide a very cheap alternative tothe existing simulator systems so that it can used for training and educational purposes using harnessing the processingpower of modern Android smartphone.
